SHIPPING INFORMATION
Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Time
Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
30-Day Free Returns
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
All original tags and packaging must be included
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label
Package your item securely and attach the return label
Drop off at any authorized shipping location
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please contact us immediately. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund instead.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as personalized products, intimate apparel, and final sale items cannot be returned.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at rapolukyannar@hotmail.com with photos of the damage. We will promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
